Zucchini’s are such a versatile vegetable and can be cooked in many different ways- stuffed, fried, baked, added to sauces and pasta or even use it as a pasta substitute and have it spiralized, YUM!
Because of their high water percentage they are low carb and are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, you name it! It is an all time favourite in our household. Enjoy!
